  • Produced by a date mutually agreed between LGE and the client, or within 10 working days of receiving the meter readings
  • Ability to accept a wide variety of inputs for meter readings including half-hourly data, manual reads, area and sub-metering
  • Ability to produce clear, concise and transparent invoicing that can be easily understood by the customer

Reporting

  • Ability to provide cost projection reports by date agreed based on set rates and volume forecasts
  • Ability to provide monthly statements using set rates versus actual consumption that is billed
  • Ability to compare actual revenue to forecasted amounts and end of year revenue versus cost projection report
