LG Energy Group (LGE) have become the DCA’s official Energy Partner, commencing this month (April 2019).

LGE, a leading privately-owned energy procurement and consulting organisation, is extremely pleased that, following a robust due diligence process, the DCA has selected LGE as its energy partner. LGE is well respected in the Third-Party Intermediary sector of the UK energy sector. With over £1 billion in energy under management, across 126,000 meters on client sites, working with industry federations and well-known household brands; its reputation, coupled with the phenomenal growth which LGE has experienced, is due in no small part to its principled approach to transparency, service delivery and customer relations. LGE puts the client first in all the activities which it carries out on the client’s behalf.
Where LGE differs from other consulting organisations, are that its roots are in generation, initially responsible for trading the output from Anaerobic Digestion plants and Solar Farms. The senior management team have worked in both supply and generation for a number of the largest organisations in the sector, this coupled with significant experience in energy trading and energy management gives LGE a broad breadth of understanding of the energy issues faced by DCA members.
LGE offers a number of services alongside energy procurement which will ensure that DCA members not only purchase energy effectively, but also utilise it in an efficient manner through its consultancy arm, who are able to carry out efficiency audits and make recommendations to reduce energy spend.
